The Liberia Coalition of Mental Health is a part of an exit strategy program of The Mental Health Leadership and Advocacy Program (mhLAP) for its Acronym. (mhLAP) program started in 2010 in Ibadan, Nigeria by Pro. Oye Gureje aimed at addressing and minimizing the causes of psycho-social humiliation brought upon society and promoting the rights of mentally ill survivors to adequate and quality mental health services . .
